Are the expenditures submitted for reimbursement both reasonable and allowable? Do they benefit the grant and have they been charged to the right cost category? This is where ACG will help and we will make sure the correct systems, policies, and processes are installed to manage the awards.
With a thorough monitoring process, we can ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (for both on-site and office-based activities). When managing award funds, the monitoring process has an emphasis on technical assistance to either improve or validate administrative efficiencies. If we discover a discrepancy with state or federal regulations, we’ll help with appropriate action to fix the issue according to the terms and conditions of the grant.
