You have submitted a winning grant application or contract proposal and won the bid. Throughout implementation, keeping track of all grant activities and generating reports are essential. More than just fulfilling funding requirements, a grant report, when done well, can increase your chance of receiving ongoing funding and making your organization look like a preferred reliable provider.

We will…

• Create tracking reports that include the funded activities, how they contribute to the program objectives, and expenditure justification for why they are required and important for the program.
• Create financial reports for financial responsibility relating to the grant or contract. Reports will show compliance with expenditures.
• Create grant and contract reports including statistics and quantitative data showing outcome and impact. Metric data and key outcomes will link the relationship between grant expenditures and outcomes.
• Create reports with qualitative data, demographic details, and stories from participants.
• Create lessons-learned reports detailing valuable learning opportunities. Not every grant or contract is expected to go perfectly without issues. Therefore these reports will provide solutions for improving program results.
• Create reports detailing future plans and projections detailing next phase objectives.
